He graduated from Doğuş University, Department of Acting, where he developed his artistic practice through workshops and applied research in creative drama and performing arts. He received comprehensive training in physical acting based on the Michael Chekhov technique, which he actively employs in both his stage practice and pedagogy. He has worked as an actor and assistant director in various theatrical productions. He is the founder of Magoa House, where he continues his work as General Artistic Director, actor, and instructor.
Mert Sayın

She completed her undergraduate studies at Yeditepe University Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Theatre, her master's degree at Sofia NATFA Department of Directing, and her doctorate at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Performing Arts. She has worked as an actress, translator, assistant director, and director in private and institutional theatres. She has taught acting courses at various private universities. Most recently, she completed her studies on "theatre pedagogy" in Düsseldorf with a TÜBİTAK Postdoctoral scholarship and received the title of "Professor" in 2025.

She is a graduate of visual arts and Turkish language teaching. She has received training in the analysis of children's drawings. She teaches Turkish, art, and creative drama to children in Berlin; and in her workshops, she combines play, storytelling, and creative production. She aims to create spaces that support children's imagination, expressive skills, and language development. As a multilingual educator, she uses art and language practices together; aiming to develop children's creative and verbal expression skills through a holistic approach.

She graduated first in her class from the Opera Department of Mimar Sinan University State Conservatory. She completed her master's degree at Anton Bruckner Privatuniversität in Austria. She has performed in cities such as Istanbul, Linz, Vienna, and Berlin. She teaches vocal and piano lessons.
Ayşe Yakut Somer

She graduated from Istanbul University's Department of Theatre Criticism and Dramaturgy. Since childhood, she has participated in various workshops and training programs in dramaturgy, directing, text analysis, and acting in Turkey and Europe.
Throughout her career, she has worked in various independent theaters as an actress, text adaptation, dramaturg, and assistant director. She has conducted workshops on basic acting, text analysis, and dramatic writing for young actors.
Her work focuses on contemporary theatre practices, text-centered and collective production processes. She is currently pursuing her master's degree at Freie Universität Berlin and continues her artistic work in Berlin.
Yüsra Yüce
DRAMATURG
She is a graduate of Ege University, Faculty of Sports Sciences, Department of Sports Management. She also received pedagogical training from Ege University. Her main areas of expertise are gymnastics and dance, and she has taught gymnastics classes to children at the Izmir State Hydraulic Works (DSI) and various studios. After graduating from university, she worked as a Physical Education Teacher for one year at UKEB schools, and then graduated from the Berlin Dance Institute - Contemporary Dance department.
Asya Sual
DANCE & MOVEMENT INSTRUCTOR
She graduated from the Department of Psychology at Uludağ University and works as a psychologist and family counselor with children, adolescents, and families. Her areas of expertise include autism, ADHD, selective mutism, and emotional regulation. Through play therapy, she creates a safe space where children can express themselves freely while working closely with families throughout the process. Believing in an individualized approach for every child, she develops tailored support programs to meet each child's unique needs. She provides both in-person and online counseling services in Berlin.
Dilek Aydın
CREATIVE DRAMA INSTRUCTOR
She is a graduate of Istanbul German High School and Istanbul University State Conservatory.She completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Artistic-Pedagogical Education (Piano) at the Hannover University of Music, Theatre and Media, and the Artist Diploma program at the Barenboim-Said Academy.She won the 2023 DAAD Award and was selected for the Beethovenfest Talents program. She conducts solo and chamber music concerts as well as creative workshop projects in Germany and Europe.
Lal Karaalioğlu
PIANIST & EDUCATOR
A graduate of Cappadocia University's Child Development program, she worked as a creative drama instructor at the Izmir Contemporary Drama Association and received Orff training at Izmir TOBAV. She participated in the Reggio Emilia approach in Italy and alternative education programs in India. She acted in Menemen Municipality Theatre, Ege Folk Theatre, and Theatre Eylül. She represented Türkiye in America as a team leader in the International Destination Imagination tournament. She supports children's creativity and free expression by blending theatre, nature pedagogy, and alternative education philosophies.
Yeliz Ercan

She graduated from Ege University's Department of Primary School Teaching. She completed creative drama instructor training at the Contemporary Drama Association. She completed one semester of teacher training at VIA University College in Denmark. She interned at various schools in Turkey and Europe. She worked as a primary school teacher for two years at a private school in Turkey. She has been working with children in the field of individualized education for eight years. She is also a yoga instructor. She came to Berlin for her master's degree. She is currently continuing her drama work at Magoa House.
Beste Kaya
CREATIVE DRAMA INSTRUCTOR
She graduated from the Psychology Department of Middle East Technical University and completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Università degli Studi di Bergamo. She has worked individually with children and adolescents, gaining experience in emotional development, play-based communication, and psychoeducation.
Currently living in Berlin, İrem works as a psychological counselor at Magoa House. Through theatre, she supports children’s creativity and emotional expression while accompanying their developmental processes through individual sessions and family counseling.

She studied Graphic Design at Hacettepe University. She has designed over 30 theatrical posters and served as Art Director on international productions, including collaborations with Shakespeare’s Globe and International Stage Lab. She co-founded Mesafe Sahne, leading its creative vision across seasons.
Her work spans poster design, painting, and animation, recognised by UNESCO and various international competitions. She is also the co-founder of the fashion brand Otheo.
As part of the Magoa House team, she contributes as a Visual Designer, shaping the creative and artistic identity of the space.
