Gymnastics Workshop (Ages 4–6)

Movement, Coordination & Social Development

Ages 4–6 represent a stage of rapid physical development, during which children begin to use their bodies more consciously. In our gymnastics workshop, children develop fundamental motor skills through movement, exploration, and play. Balance, coordination, and flexibility exercises enhance body awareness.
This process also supports social development. Moving within a group, taking turns, and learning together help children build friendships and develop social confidence. For children who have recently relocated to Berlin, the workshop provides a safe and supportive environment that facilitates adaptation to a new setting.

A Safe, Structured & Focused Environment

The workshop takes place in a structured group setting where children learn through movement and interaction. They develop coordination, follow instructions, and participate in activities as part of a group.
To support focus, safety, and group dynamics, parents do not attend the sessions. This approach encourages independence, helps children build trust with the instructor, and allows them to engage more fully in the activities.
All sessions are led by experienced professionals in child development and movement education. A safe, age-appropriate, and supportive approach ensures that children feel both physically and emotionally secure.

Children develop:

•  Balance and coordination
•  Flexibility and basic strength
•  Body awareness
•  Confidence and movement courage
•  Social interaction and group participation skills

Monthly Progress Tracking & Parent Communication

Monthly progress reports provide insights into each child’s physical development, adaptation to the sessions, and overall progress. Based on professional observations, these reports allow parents to closely follow their child’s development and actively support their growth journey.
