Theatre & Acting Workshop
(Ages 8–12)

Stage Experience, Expression & Social Development

Ages 8–12 mark a stage where children begin to express themselves more consciously while their sense of identity develops rapidly. Through theatre and acting, children explore character creation, storytelling, and stage presence. This process strengthens their individual expression while teaching them the responsibility of creating within a group.
Collaborating with peers—rehearsing, producing, and preparing for the stage—helps children build social connections, gain confidence, and feel part of a community. For children who have recently relocated to Berlin, the workshop offers a strong and supportive environment for social integration. Conducted in Turkish, the sessions help children feel secure, express themselves more freely, and adapt more quickly.

A Structured, Disciplined & Creative Process

The program runs over a period of 8 months, allowing children to experience a consistent, in-depth, and progressive learning journey. The workshop is conducted in a structured group setting where children learn to work as a team, follow rehearsal processes, and take responsibility within a shared creative environment.
To maintain focus, discipline, and a strong group dynamic, parents do not attend the sessions. This approach supports independence, strengthens the child–instructor relationship, and allows children to fully engage in the creative process.
All sessions are led by experienced professionals in performing arts and child development. The program includes acting fundamentals, diction, dramaturgy, and improvisation, enabling children to develop a more controlled, confident, and creative presence on stage.

     Children develop:

  • Confidence and stage presence

  • Verbal expression and acting skills

  • Empathy and character analysis

  • Teamwork and sense of responsibility

  • Attention and focus

Monthly Progress Tracking & Stage Experience

Monthly progress reports provide detailed insights into each child’s development, strengths, and progress throughout the rehearsal process. Based on professional observations, these reports allow parents to closely follow their child’s social and emotional growth.
At the end of the program, children present their work on stage. Through a final theatre performance, they gain real stage experience and complete the program with a strong sense of achievement.
